Cabin System
A custom, functional, and safe cabin
OPEX Elevators Inc. offers self-supporting metal structure cabins designed to accommodate removable wall panels. These panels can be quickly and easily replaced, whether due to wear or simply to match a new décor.
Each cabin is equipped with a handrail, a choice of lighting systems and removable decorative panels, a phone compartment, an alarm, as well as battery-powered emergency lighting and descent systems.

METAL STRUCTURE
Self-supporting 16-gauge steel metal structure, black finish, designed to accommodate removable wall panels.
Other finishes are also available as an option.
CEILINGS AND LIGHTING TYPES
- OL1: Black metal structure ceiling with panels matching the cabin walls. Halogen lighting with low temperature.
- OL2: Black metal structure ceiling with aluminum grid panels. Halogen lighting with low temperature.
- OL3: Black metal structure ceiling with aluminum grid panels. Fluorescent lighting.
REMOVABLE PANELS
The cabin wall panels are removable from the inside, allowing for quick replacement in case of damage or aesthetic changes.
Convenient for adjusting, inspecting, and maintaining essential components such as leveling switches, emergency brakes, cables and fastenings, cylinder seals, follower pulleys, etc.
HANDRAIL
Stainless steel tubular handrail (1 1/2" diameter x 33")

CALL STATION
Stainless steel cabinet with door for phone device.

CABIN CONTROL BUTTONS
Non-illuminated buttons mounted on a stainless steel plate, including a key-lock system and an "Alarm/Stop" button.
Braille buttons, illuminated buttons, position indicators, chimes, and other options available upon request.
